A regular healthy breakfast helps normalize weight, improve digestion, and strengthen the body. Prepared in advance, it also detoxifies and supports skin health.

Ingredients for One Serving Breakfast:

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 300 ml fat-free yogurt
  • 3 dried plums
  • 1/3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp finely ground flaxseed

Preparation:

  1. In the evening: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over the dried plums, cover with a lid, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, cocoa, and flaxseed, then pour in the yogurt.
  3. Drain the water from the dried plums, cool them, chop into small pieces, and add to the oat mixture.
  4. Cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator.
  5. In the morning, take it out 30 minutes before eating — breakfast is ready to eat.

Daily consumption of this breakfast helps to regulate metabolism, improves well-being, and contributes to gradual weight loss.
