Baked Pepper Snack: A Quick and Impressive Recipe

Ingredients:

  • bell peppers — 3 pcs.
  • cream cheese — 110 g
  • walnuts — 20 g
  • garlic — 2–3 cloves
  • herbs — to taste
  • salt and pepper — to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash the peppers, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
  2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese with chopped nuts, herbs, spices, and garlic.
  3. Cover the baked peppers with plastic wrap and let them "rest" for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Peel off the skin and seeds, fill with the stuffing, and carefully roll them up.
  5. Slice and serve!

Tip: For a tangy flavor, you can add a bit of lemon juice or a drop of cold-pressed olive oil.
