Baked Pepper Snack: A Quick and Impressive Recipe
Ingredients:
- bell peppers — 3 pcs.
- cream cheese — 110 g
- walnuts — 20 g
- garlic — 2–3 cloves
- herbs — to taste
- salt and pepper — to taste
Preparation:
- Wash the peppers, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
- For the filling, mix the cream cheese with chopped nuts, herbs, spices, and garlic.
