According to the specialist, the base model iPhone 18 will hardly differ from the iPhone 17. However, its release will be postponed by Apple to early 2027. In September, the company will present four phones — iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, the first foldable device, and the continuation of the Air.
Fixed Focus Digital revealed that Tim Cook's corporation has not abandoned the idea of presenting the second-generation iPhone Air, despite rumors. It was previously reported that the ultra-thin device would be postponed due to its low sales popularity. Most likely, it will also not receive many improvements, except for the A20 Pro processor.
Experts at 9to5Mac noted that the release of the iPhone Air 2 will allow Apple to traditionally present four smartphones in the second half of the year. "However, they will be available at higher prices than usual — due to the postponement of the release of the cheap iPhone 18," the journalists concluded.
