Чипы освободят страдающих людей.

At the core of the technology is a wireless chip the size of a standard coin.

China has approved the first invasive "brain-computer" interface for commercial use, developed by the Shanghai company Neuracle Technology. This was reported by Bloomberg agency.

Thus, the PRC has become the first country in the world to take such a step. The National Medical Products Administration of China issued the permission to launch the device on the market.

The system is designed for people with severe spinal cord injuries. At the core of the technology is a wireless chip the size of a standard coin. It is placed directly on the surface of the patient's brain cortex, where it reads the electrical signals of neurons. Then, the magic of algorithms transforms these impulses into commands that allow a person to control external devices — for example, a robotic glove. This is not just "technology for the sake of technology," but a real chance to restore basic autonomy to those who have lost it.

It is important to remember that the installation of such a chip is a serious neurosurgical operation. Any intervention in the brain carries risks of infections and complications. Moreover, Neuracle engineers and their competitors are still grappling with the issue of durability. Over time, scar tissue may form around the implant, degrading the quality of the signal, or the device itself may shift slightly. Nevertheless, commercial approval means that the developers are confident in the reliability of their system enough to release it beyond laboratory settings.

The emergence of such "innovative" solutions in the market creates immense pressure on Western companies. While Neuralink is gathering data, Neuracle is already starting to shape the market and collect real feedback from a wide range of users. This is not just a victory for a single company, but a signal that the era of cyborgization in medicine has officially begun.
