Journalists from Android Authority have named the features that smartphone users consider the least useful. The material was published on the media's website.

In December of last year, the authors of the portal conducted a survey among five thousand readers, asking them to list the most useless smartphone features. The largest group of users — 26 percent — stated that they find artificial intelligence (AI) features to be of little use. In their opinion, device manufacturers implement neural networks to mask the problems of the device.

The second most popular response — 17.5 percent — was related to proprietary chargers. Phone owners believe that gadgets from many brands charge at maximum speed only when connected to the original charger. In third place — nearly 17 percent — was the option of "ultra-thin body."

Consumers also complained that manufacturers add cosmetic camera improvements (16 percent), refuse to support cheap smartphones with updates (9.4 percent), and release successful devices in limited editions.
