The World's Tallest Hotel Opens in Dubai: How Many Floors Does It Have

On the 76th floor, there is a pool with an ocean view. The hotel also features a modern gym open 24/7 with a view of the horizon.

The world's tallest hotel has officially opened its doors to tourists. The hotel, named Ciel Dubai Marina, has joined the ranks of mega-skyscrapers in Dubai.

Standing at 377 meters tall, it has 82 floors and 1004 rooms and suites, according to Euronews. The needle-shaped structure is packed with innovative technologies. On the 76th floor, there is an outdoor landscaped pool with an ocean view, and at the top of the tower, there is an observation deck.

All rooms feature panoramic windows that offer views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, and the Persian Gulf.

Architects claim that the Ciel project addresses "many complex challenges, including resource efficiency and sustainable development."

"Ciel is an ambitious project that includes vertically arranged gardens throughout the height of the tower. In the early stages of design, computational fluid dynamics analysis and wind tunnel modeling significantly influenced the structure and shape of the tower," the architectural firm wrote on its website.

Where to Eat

The hotel's infrastructure is as luxurious as its design, the publication noted. In particular, the hotel features 8 restaurants. The West 13 restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine, while the East 14 restaurant offers an Asian buffet.
