PC Gamer has selected the 100 best games, with Baldur's Gate 3 taking the top spot.
Journalists from PC Gamer have listed the 100 best video games. The list is available on the portal's website.
In first place, the magazine's editorial team placed Baldur's Gate 3 — a role-playing game from Larian Studios. "It is a beautifully written and crafted game. The companion characters are vividly voiced, wonderfully acted, and meticulously animated," noted journalist Harvey Randall.
The second best game was named Disco Elysium. The title was released in 2019 and held the top spot in PC Gamer's rankings for 2023. Elden Ring, which appeared in 2022, was placed third.
Also in the top 10 were Minecraft, Persona 5 Royal, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Half-Life 2, Balatro, Stardew Valley, and the original Doom, released in 1993.
"This list thus represents the passion of our global team of over 30 writers and editors," the media journalists stated about the ranking's compilation. According to them, compiling a list of the 100 best games is extremely difficult, as there are 120,000 video games on Steam alone.
Previously, Rockstar Games announced for the first time the release of Red Dead Redemption (RDR) on personal computers.
