Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has asked the club to consider offers from Barcelona and other teams regarding his transfer ahead of the summer transfer window.
This is reported by Football365.
The 25-year-old player is disappointed with the current project and has changed his mind about staying at the club for another year. The "Citizens" may sell Haaland and acquire a new striker.
According to the source, the Norwegian forward is "seriously considering the possibility of leaving" after the "Citizens" were eliminated in the Round of 16 of the Champions League by Real Madrid.
Moreover, Manchester City risks not winning the Premier League this season. As a result, Haaland is upset that the team could finish the second year in a row without major trophies and that the head coach of the "Citizens," Pep Guardiola, has "already decided to resign this summer."
The player's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2034. According to Transfermarkt, the market value of the player is €200 million.
