Information has emerged about the Turin court's decision regarding Juventus' appeal against the ruling in the case concerning payments to the club's former forward Cristiano Ronaldo. This was reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
In April 2024, the arbitration commission partially approved the claim of the Portuguese forward against Juventus. The club was ordered to pay the forward approximately €9.8 million, as well as interest.
Juventus decided to appeal this decision in the Turin labor court. However, the court rejected the appeal. Thus, Juventus is obligated to make the payment to Ronaldo.
Recall that Cristiano Ronaldo played for Juventus from 2018 to 2021. During his time with the Turin club, he won the Italian championship twice and also claimed the national cup.
