The Iranian football team has been informed that the team must enter the United States and leave the country on the same day as their scheduled match in the United States, the Iranian ambassador to Mexico stated on Saturday.
Due to the ongoing conflict between the United States, Israel, and Tehran, the Iranian national team is now based in Mexico instead of Tucson, Arizona, as originally planned.
"We can enter in the morning and must leave the country on the same day," explained Iran's ambassador Abolfazl Pasandide to reporters.
