Forward Erling Haaland commented on Norway's qualification for the 2026 World Cup.
The Norwegian team secured their place in the final stage of the tournament after defeating the Italian national team 4-1 in the final match of the qualifying round away from home.
"I am happy, but I feel even more relieved. There is a huge weight of responsibility, but it is fun. We found the key and improved individually. Players like Nusa and Bobb, who is now starting for Man City, have noticeably progressed. I feel that this is the beginning of something big.
The fact that we can come here and win 4-1 shows how unpredictable we are. And that’s great, let everyone know," said Haaland, according to UEFA's press service.
