The Football Association of Uzbekistan officially introduced Fabio Cannavaro as the head coach of the national team.
The last place of work for the Italian specialist was Dinamo Zagreb. Cannavaro headed the Croatian club from 2024 to 2025.
The Uzbekistan national team will participate in the World Cup for the first time in history. The tournament will take place in 2026 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
