The public in Latvia has had the opportunity to familiarize itself with a new message from the new Minister of Internal Affairs Janis Dombrova (National Alliance).
In a Facebook post, Dombrova summarized his first week as head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For a better understanding of his mission, the minister generated a photo – using artificial intelligence. In the photo, a person resembling Dombrova, with crossed arms, looks sternly to the right. Around the frowning minister are signs of institutions that are part of the internal affairs system. There are mistakes in the text, but overall it looks severe. The leitmotif of the photo canvas is – you won't have it easy here!
The caption to the photo maintains the same tone: "Do you feel that since I was entrusted with leading the internal affairs system, only a week has passed??" the minister Dombrova poses a rhetorical question.
And he talks about his detractors: "I started my work in the ministry with the words that I would be hated by Russia, immigrants, organized crime, and economic groups. I don't care. I also don't care if someone on the other side of Europe doesn't like something."
Why did Dombrova go into the ministry? There is an answer to this question: "For me, it is important that our people exist through the centuries, rather than being replaced by other peoples."
