After it was revealed that a drone crashed in the Kraslava region, official information emerged that the early warning system detected a sound resembling an explosion. Independent Saeima deputy Didzis Šmits noted on the social network X: "The early warning system recorded an explosion-like sound in the Kraslava region. Ordinary warning systems will likely report objects resembling tanks in Dome Square."
