The National Alliance will hold a festive event and torchlight procession in Riga on November 18, announced the public relations representative of the National Alliance, Laima Melkina.
The event will take place at 5:00 PM at the monument to Karlis Ulmanis at the intersection of Krišjānis Valdemārs Street and Raiņa Boulevard.
Before the procession, there will be a concert featuring singer Uldis Kakulis and the rock band "Bezvējš."
The torchlight procession to the Freedom Monument will begin at 6:00 PM.
The National Alliance has been holding the traditional torchlight procession on November 18 since 2003.
