Currently, the designated medications are searched for by the patient or their trusted person, but in the future, based on e-prescriptions, the necessary medications will be able to be reserved automatically.

To ensure that the client receives their order as quickly and smoothly as possible, pharmacists receive a special notification as soon as the medication is reserved and immediately prepare the medication for dispensing.

The platform updates data on available medications and their quantities in the Mēness aptieka network daily. Patients can be completely confident that the medication they need will be found, specifically in a certain pharmacy and at a convenient time.
