Communication ideas born in the Baltic countries are increasingly gaining international recognition and bringing commercial success across Europe.
One of the striking examples is the communication agency Alpha Baltic Media, operating under the brand Alpha, which has completed the most successful year in its history. International awards, a growing client portfolio, and strong financial results allowed the company to increase its net turnover in 2025 by 28.2%, reaching €3.41 million, while profit grew by 21.2%, reaching €137,401.
Last year, the total value of the company's assets exceeded €630,000 for the first time, and equity at the end of the year amounted to €590,630. The volume of long-term investments more than doubled over the year, from €156,828 to €316,521.
The company notes that the growth was facilitated by an increase in the volume of communication projects in the public sector. In 2025, Alpha completed 16 government communication contracts for authorities and the public sector, totaling approximately €380,000. At the same time, work continues on another 19 contracts with a total value of about €1.35 million.
Among the most significant clients, the agency names the Society Integration Foundation, the Central Statistical Bureau, the Patent Office, the state enterprise "Road Transport Administration," and the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD). Within these projects, informational, educational, and reputational campaigns were implemented.
"This year confirmed that the path we have chosen is correct — a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and achieving measurable results," noted Lauris Spillers, a member of the board of Alpha Baltic Media.
In addition to improving financial indicators, the agency also received international professional recognition last year. Alpha was nominated for the prestigious Epica Awards 2025 in the Public Interest – Health & Safety category for the social campaign Never Alone!, dedicated to child safety issues, implemented in Lithuania.
Moreover, the company received two awards at the European Agency Awards 2025, winning in the Best PR Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign categories.
According to Spillers, communication projects for the public sector require not only a creative approach but also a deep understanding of the workings of government institutions, as well as the ability to work with socially significant topics. He emphasized that client trust and international recognition confirm the agency's competitiveness in the Baltic market.
Throughout the past year, the company invested in technological development, digital solutions, and employee training. This year, the agency also celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The parent company OÜ AlphaAgency in Estonia received the "Strongest in Estonia 2025" certificate from Creditinfo Eesti with a credit rating of AA. Such a rating is assigned to only about 7.6% of companies in Estonia.
