You can book a massage with either a certified massage therapist or students during their clinical practice (under the supervision of a certified massage therapist).
For example, one session for the cervical spine (20 minutes) costs 18 euros, while a back massage (30 minutes) typically costs 22 euros.
However, if the service is performed by a student during clinical practice, there is a 25% discount off the price; if the service is performed by a student during their studies, a 65% discount off the price applies.
Dentistry: Treating and Learning
You can also take advantage of the services of senior medical students from the University of Latvia and the Dentistry Institute of the Rīga Stradiņš University.
They offer the following types of services:

It is emphasized that students do not provide assistance in acute cases, such as when a tooth suddenly and severely hurts. In regular cases, students can fill a tooth and also provide surgical services (for example, tooth extraction).
In the case of installing a prosthesis, the patient will need to pay for the materials used. As for examinations, X-rays, and treatment plans, all of this can be obtained for free, provided, of course, that you are willing to trust your teeth to someone without a medical diploma.
