The work will cover a wide area throughout the city - from Imanta, Zolitūde, Šampeteris, Agenskalns, Torņakalns, and Bolderāja in Pārdaugava to Jugla, Teika, the center, Grīziņkalns, Vecmilgrāvis, and other neighborhoods on the right bank of the Daugava.

At the end of March, work began on the resurfacing of Ledmanes Street. For the other sites, the start of work is planned for the end of April or the beginning of May, provided that the air temperature is stable between +10 and +15 degrees, which is necessary for quality asphalt laying.

Three sites are exceptions: work on Sturmanu Street and Daugavgrīvas Street is planned to start in June, while on the section of Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve from Liepājas Street to Jaunmoku Street, it will begin in July.

A total of 21 sites are planned for road surface updates this year, and 11 sites for sidewalks.
