On Sunday, Latvia is expected to have spring-like warm weather, report meteorologists from the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
The day will pass under calm weather conditions. Although at times the sun will be obscured by clouds, no precipitation is expected. A light wind will blow, and the air temperature will rise to +8…+13°C, with slightly cooler conditions in some coastal areas.
As in previous days, no new temperature records are forecasted. The warmest March 22 in history was in 2007, when the temperature in Skulte (Limbaži region) reached +19.0°C.
In Riga, a few clouds and dry weather are expected. With sunny weather, the temperature will be around +10…+12°C.
