On Monday morning, railway communication in Latvia remained disrupted, according to information published by AS "Pasažieru vilciens," operating under the brand "Vivi," reports LETA.

As explained by the company, the Tukums II (at 5:46) – Riga (at 7:29) train was canceled due to technical reasons. Given that repair work is currently underway on the Tukums line and at the Zemitani station, limiting track availability, any disruptions to one train's movement affect subsequent services.

Additionally, to ensure passenger transportation, diesel trains were deployed on the Riga–Priekuļi and Riga–Jelgava routes on Monday morning.

According to data on the "Pasažieru vilciens" website, the Sloka (at 9:50) – Riga (at 10:29) train is running approximately ten minutes late. At the same time, a bus has been assigned on the Sloka–Tukums II route, which will depart from Sloka station at around 10:00.

The Riga (at 9:39) – Aizkraukle (at 10:57) train is running about 25 minutes late, while the Riga (at 9:00) – Tukums II (at 10:44) train is delayed by approximately 15 minutes.

The Tukums II (at 8:59) – Riga (at 10:29) train has been canceled on the Tukums II–Sloka section, and the Riga (at 8:00) – Tukums II (at 9:44) train has been canceled on the Sloka–Tukums II section.
