During the holidays, the largest shopping centers in Riga will operate on a reduced schedule, and on January 1, they will mostly be closed, as reported by the LETA agency.
Stores and services in the Akropole Alfa and Akropole Rīga shopping centers will operate from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 24, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM on December 25, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 31. On January 1, the shopping centers will be partially closed – only certain stores and service points will open.
The Rimi store in Akropole Alfa will be open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 24, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 25, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on December 26, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 31, and from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on January 1.
The Maxima XXX store in Akropole Rīga will operate from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 24 and December 31, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on December 25, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on December 26, and will be closed on January 1.
The Origo shopping center will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on December 24, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 25, will follow the regular schedule from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 26, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 31. On January 1, Origo will be partially closed – only certain stores and services will be operational.
The Rimi Hyper store located in Origo will open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on December 24, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 25, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM on December 26, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 31, and from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on January 1.
The information center at Origo will operate from December 24 to 26 and on December 31 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and will be closed on January 1, 2026.
The Spice shopping center will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on December 24, 25, and 31, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on December 26, and will be closed on January 1.
