On Friday, November 21, during combat shooting exercises at the Adazi training ground, a serviceman of the professional service of the National Armed Forces (NAF) sustained a gunshot wound, the LETA agency was informed by the Joint Headquarters of the NAF.
After receiving emergency medical assistance, the serviceman was placed in a hospital. His condition is assessed as stable.
A service investigation is underway regarding the incident, and a criminal case has been initiated by the military police.
