With a light to moderate southern and southeastern wind and sunlight breaking through the clouds, the air temperature will range from -1 to +3 degrees.
In Riga, no precipitation is expected, a moderate southeastern wind will blow, and the air temperature will not exceed +2 degrees.
A zone of low pressure is located in the west of Latvia, while a zone of high pressure is in the east.
