The news of the passing of Alexey Zolotov, a prominent impersonator of Alla Pugacheva and the ideological inspirer of the art festival "Pugacheva Spring," shocked many. He was only 57 years old, and preliminary reports suggest that complications from diabetes were the cause. This sad event was reported by the publication StarHit, citing his relatives as well as the public page of the movement on VKontakte.

The administrators of "Pugacheva Spring" expressed their feelings with deep sorrow. They wrote: "Lesha was a very talented and kind person. He loved Alla Borisovna very, very much, and felt her like no one else, as he lived in this image for most of his life." It was noted that the artist had planned to attend the anniversary festival, but, alas, he "did not make it."

Tragic Circumstances

The impersonator passed away on Saturday, April 18. Relatives of Alexey Zolotov confirmed that he had been leading an active lifestyle full of energy and creativity until his last days.

As SHOT learned, on Saturday afternoon, Alexey felt unwell in his home in the Moscow region settlement of Bogorodskoe. After that, he did not get in touch with his loved ones for several hours, which raised concern.

Arriving relatives found him unconscious on the floor in a puddle of cold water; the tap was left running in the kitchen. Despite the quickly called ambulance, unfortunately, the artist's life could not be saved.
