76-year-old Alla Pugacheva has decided to put her only Moscow apartment up for sale.
According to sources close to the singer, this concerns her luxurious apartment on Filippovsky Lane. It is an impressive five-room apartment with an area of 303 square meters, located in the prestigious Arbat district. The Kropotkinskaya metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, and the windows offer a magnificent view of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Interestingly, the apartment of Philip Kirkorov is located on the same floor. According to real estate agents, similar properties in this elite building can cost up to half a billion rubles (5 million dollars).
History and Features of the Sale
The coveted square meters were gifted to Pugacheva in 2004 by her former son-in-law, entrepreneur Ruslan Baisarov. Before her departure from Russia, Alla Borisovna repeatedly stated her intention to leave this apartment to her grandson, Deni Baisarov. Now, the residence is being sold fully furnished – with Italian furniture and exclusive designer finishes. Potential buyers are warned: photography is prohibited during viewings.
