Sources close to the royal court claim that the tension between the king and the Prince of Wales has reached a peak, and both sides are experiencing "real anger" towards each other. The conflict is rumored to have escalated after Prince William deliberately ignored the premiere of his father's documentary film Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision at Windsor Castle. After that, they allegedly stopped speaking.
One courtier even stated that King Charles III currently has more issues with Prince William than with Prince Harry, as the latter is emotional and predictable, while the heir to the throne is calculating and stubborn.
The main reason for the rift is the struggle for influence and power. "They clash because they are too similar. Both believe they are right. No one concedes easily," explained an insider.
