Woman Lost 56 Kilograms Thanks to a Simple Rule

A woman from Britain lost 56 kilograms due to a seatbelt on an airplane.

A resident of the United Kingdom lost 56 kilograms in a year and a half due to a calorie deficit. This was reported by the Daily Mirror.

28-year-old Daisy Jenson had been overweight since childhood. In 2023, her weight reached 137 kilograms. During that time, she ate fast food almost every day and secretly consumed several packs of cookies and chips each week. The turning point came during a vacation that the Briton wanted to spend in Tenerife. On the plane, she discovered that she could barely fasten her seatbelt.

After the vacation, Jenson decided to lose weight. She followed a simple rule: to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than your body burns. For the first five weeks, Jenson limited herself to eating bars, cereals, and smoothies containing all the necessary nutrients four times a day. This diet was 800 calories per day. Then she added a low-calorie dinner and started working with a personal trainer.

On average, the woman lost about six kilograms a month. She now weighs 81 kilograms and wears clothes six sizes smaller than before. In November 2025, Jenson received the "Transformation of the Year" award from the organizers of the weight loss program she followed.
