The State Police is asking for the public's help in locating a man who left the National Center for Mental Health without permission and may be aggressive and dangerous.
The Riga Northern Police Department is searching for the missing person Pavel Gordeev, born in 2001.
Last night at 1:50 AM, the man left the facility on Twika Street without permission, wearing a white striped pajama, the police reported to the LETA agency.
The man may be aggressive and dangerous.
The State Police urges anyone who knows the possible whereabouts of the man depicted in the photo to report it by calling 112.
