Artist Larisa Dolina has set a new date for the transfer of her apartment in Khamovniki, which has become the subject of legal disputes, to the buyer — January 9. Media reported, citing lawyer Polina Lurye, Svetlana Sviridenko, that she refused to do this by the previously promised deadline.
The new proposed date for the handover of the keys is January 9 instead of January 5. "The parties are jointly planning," the lawyer concluded.
On December 29, it became known that Dolina refused to vacate the apartment before December 30. The star stated that her family would not be able to leave the premises until January 5, 2026.
Earlier, it was reported that singer Larisa Dolina may lose two luxury apartments in the Latvian city of Jurmala worth over one million euros.
