This year, one of the citizens of Latvia set or broke a Guinness World Record, the LETA agency found out.
On June 13 of this year, Juris Janke set a Guinness record in the United Kingdom by spinning a basketball on the tip of a pencil for two hours and 15 seconds.
As stated on the Guinness World Records website, Janke has always dreamed of setting a record and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
