Dolina Refused to Hand Over the Keys to Lurye's Apartment 0 8

Lurye's side requested Dolina to vacate the apartment by December 30, but the artist refused to do so, postponing her move until January 5.

It was previously reported that Dolina began removing her belongings from the apartment — on December 26, part of the property was loaded into the singer's car and taken away. According to Lurye's lawyer, her client does not intend to evict Dolina from the apartment using bailiffs.

On December 16, the Supreme Court reviewed Lurye's appeal and overturned the decisions of other courts in this case. The ownership rights to the apartment purchased by Lurye remain with the buyer. The court ordered Dolina and her relatives to vacate the apartment in the near future.
