Actor Pavel Priluchny attempted to challenge the previously issued court decision regarding where his son from his marriage to Agatha Muцenieцe should live, but the appeal was unsuccessful. The Moscow City Court upheld the ruling of the first instance, confirming the previous living arrangements for the child and the alimony payments.
The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Golovinsky District Court, which in the summer determined the place of residence of 12-year-old Priluchny and Muцenieцe's son with his mother and maintained the existing alimony obligations. The press service of the courts of general jurisdiction clarified that the panel studied the actor's arguments but found no grounds for revising the case.
Priluchny insisted that the boy actually spends most of his time with him and requested a change in the conditions. His representatives cited procedural violations and the conclusions of a psychological examination, which mentioned the child's desire to live with his father. The court did not accept these arguments.
The situation has once again attracted public attention, as after the divorce in 2020, the former spouses have repeatedly faced each other in legal disputes — from housing issues to requests for a review of alimony. Agatha Muцenieцe also filed her claims, including requests for payment recovery and restrictions on the rights to use the apartment.
In the fall, Priluchny filed an appeal, hoping to change the legal assessment of the situation, but the Moscow City Court confirmed the conclusions of the first instance. The child will continue to live with his mother, and the previous agreements remain in force.
