34-year-old actor Austin Butler, known for the film "Elvis", has purchased the legendary Brad Pitt's house in the prestigious Los Feliz area. The deal is valued at $5.2 million and took place just a few months after a burglary when intruders illegally entered the mansion.

The mid-20th century house, known as the "Steel House", covers an area of about 185 square meters. It has an L-shaped layout, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
