Nikolai Tsiskaridze announced the death of the TV presenter on his Telegram channel. Nikolaev was 76 years old.
The first show hosted by Nikolaev was called "Forward, Boys!". He then became the permanent host of the weekly music program "Morning Mail".
Nikolaev also hosted popular music programs, such as "Blue Light", "Song of the Year", and the children's show "Good Night, Kids!".
From 1991 to 2003, he was the host of the program "Morning Star". Later, the artist participated in projects such as "Big Change", "Dancing on Ice", "Dancing with the Stars", "The Wealth of the Republic", "In Our Time", and "Honest Word".
