Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin are moving again: they bought a villa for 530 thousand euros

The couple allegedly purchased luxurious real estate near Sofia, Bulgaria. The price of the deal is 530 thousand euros. It was signed through intermediaries, and the artists' first visit is scheduled for the spring of next year, reports Focus.

Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin made another significant purchase abroad, acquiring real estate in Bulgaria. The spacious mansion is located in a prestigious area near the capital, reports the local publication "Retro."

The residence is situated in a gated community on the outskirts of Sofia, near Mount Vitosha. The total area of the house is about 229 square meters. The price of the property is 530 thousand euros.

The transaction was conducted remotely. The new owners chose the villa based on the project documentation without visiting it in person. The entire purchasing process was carried out through trusted representatives.

According to information from sources, Pugacheva and Galkin's first visit to their new residence may take place in the spring of 2026. This visit will be related to Galkin's concert performance in the Bulgarian capital, scheduled for March.

According to information channels, the decision to search for another residence arose after an unpleasant incident.

"Information about the exact address of their house in Cyprus got into open sources. After that, the family began looking for a more secure and private place," insiders said.

Limassol, where the couple had been living recently, turned out to be insufficiently closed for artists. The new location in Bulgaria promises a better level of security and privacy.

Pugacheva and Galkin left Russia after the start of the large-scale war in Ukraine. Galkin publicly expressed his position, after which the family, along with twins Lisa and Harry, left the country.

Initially, the couple chose Israel as a temporary place of residence and later settled in Cyprus. In addition, they also regularly spend time in Latvia and the United Kingdom.
