Actor Pavel Priluchny has filed an appeal, trying to change the court's decision regarding the residence of his eldest son Timofey from his marriage to Agata Muцenieцe.
Earlier, the Golovinsky District Court ruled that the boy should live with his mother, and Priluchny is obliged to pay alimony. The actor disagreed with this decision and decided to seek a review of the case. He also intends to remove his obligations to pay alimony. The complaint has already been submitted to the Moscow City Court, where a hearing will take place soon.
Pavel and Agata divorced five years ago. The couple has two children: son Timofey and daughter Mia. After the divorce, issues regarding the upbringing of their heirs have been discussed in court multiple times, but the parents have not been able to reach an agreement.
Currently, Priluchny is abroad with his second wife Zepur Brutyan and their youngest son Mikael, while Muцenieцe is soon to become a mother for the third time and recently married accordionist Petr Drangu.
