In the Spanish resort of Magaluf, a German couple was detained for indecent behavior. This was reported by The Sun.
The incident occurred in August 2024 at the pool of a four-star hotel. A 43-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman from Germany began kissing in the water. Then the woman took off her bikini, and the man pulled down his swim trunks, and the couple engaged in sex.
The prosecution claims that numerous vacationers, including several children, witnessed the events. The lovers were asked to stop, but they ignored all requests.
Later, the man and woman were charged with indecent behavior and will be tried in the capital of the island of Mallorca. They face a hefty fine: both will have to pay up to 5000 euros.
