Fitness trainer Andrey Koloydenko named the best exercises for maintaining testosterone levels.

Koloydenko highlighted six basic exercises that are ideal for men's strength training. These include lunges, squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, and weighted pull-ups. These exercises develop strength, endurance, and coordination.

Koloydenko noted that workouts focusing on the largest muscle groups — glutes, back, chest, and thighs — trigger the production of the main male hormone, improve metabolism, and help the body cope with stress. He recommended that beginners start training under the supervision of a coach.
