The doctor named drinks that help fight stress

Endocrinologist Ekaterina Yang claims that calming drinks can help overcome stress. For example, chamomile promotes relaxation of the nervous system and contains hippuric acid, which combats inflammation arising from stress.

 

Thyme, according to the doctor, is beneficial for fatigue, depression, and loss of appetite, while mint helps reduce anxiety and irritability.

“Melissa contains essential oil that has a mild calming effect and normalizes heart activity. It is useful for insomnia and neuroses,” the doctor noted in her Telegram channel.

In addition, the endocrinologist recommends consuming fireweed, hops, valerian, motherwort, cocoa with plant milk, and pomegranate juice without added sugar to relieve stress.
