Everything can be both a medicine and a poison. The key is the dosage. The same applies to the influence of mobile phones.
A person, while in a waking state, simultaneously exists in two realities: the external, where they analyze the surrounding space, and the internal, where they reflect on their plans and affairs. The brain operates in overload mode, unable to adequately process such a volume of information. Some people are so engrossed in the virtual world that they do not notice speeding cars when crossing the street!
Simultaneous phone communication and reading are extremely harmful: the brain cannot process two streams of information at the same time. As a result, within just a few minutes, a person may forget what they were talking about and with whom, what they were reading, and so on. Loud calls also negatively affect the functioning of the nervous system.
It is recommended to turn off the phone, putting it aside and silencing it, at least during important tasks. Once the task is completed, one can check messages. This way, information is better retained, and nerves remain in order.
