The appearance of mold is inevitable, as fungal spores are present everywhere: we bring them into the house on our shoes and clothing.
Hygienist Pavel KISLYI explains: “Mold can be found on walls, under wallpaper, on furniture, clothing, books, and other items. For the fungus to grow, the spores must be in a suitable environment — warm and humid.
To prevent this, it is extremely important to follow simple recommendations: regularly ventilate the apartment; occasionally open rarely used cabinets and drawers; systematically clean surfaces in bathrooms to remove spores and prevent fungal growth.”
