The benefits of vinegar began to be discussed back in the 1980s when a book by American naturopath Jarvis was published.
– He claimed that consuming vinegar helps normalize the functioning of the digestive system, – shares the opinion of PhD Konstantin Spakhov. – Studies on animals confirmed that acetic acid indeed prevents the accumulation of fat deposits.
Then, two studies were conducted on humans in Japan and Iran. The scientists concluded that against the backdrop of a diet, vinegar contributes to weight loss and improves blood parameters. However, this refers specifically to natural apple cider vinegar (1–2 tsp per glass of water).
Nevertheless, it is not necessary to drink it. You can simply add vinegar to various dishes.
