How to do it

First, the cucumbers need to be thoroughly washed, any bitter parts removed if present, and cut in half. Each half is then divided into several pieces, and a few shallow cuts are made on the flesh.

Next, take a convenient plastic container.

Pour in a handful of chopped dill. Then take 2-3 cloves of garlic, grate them, and add to the dill, seasoning with salt to taste.

Add the cucumber pieces and any spices you desire.

This type of snack pairs well with various types of peppers. You can use Svan salt; in this case, it is best to avoid regular salt.

After that, close the container with a lid and shake it several times. Just wait five minutes, and you can start tasting.
