What to Add to the Egg Mixture

When making scrambled eggs, amateur cooks usually limit themselves to whisking raw eggs with a fork or whisk, and then adding salt to the mixture.

But before whisking, you need to add a couple of tablespoons of cold water to the egg mixture.

Salt should only be added after the eggs and water have become a homogeneous mixture.
