Preparing this treat is very simple. The main thing is to maintain the proportions of all components so that the casserole turns out truly airy.

For 250 grams of cottage cheese, you will need 2 tablespoons of sugar and flour, 2 eggs, and a little nuts.

All ingredients should be mixed using a blender.

Then, the homogeneous mass should be transferred to a baking dish.

On top, you can add any fruits, keeping in mind that they should not be too watery. For example, bananas, peaches, or figs will work well.

The dish is baked for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

During this time, it is not recommended to open the oven so that the casserole does not lose its shape due to temperature fluctuations.

Serve the dessert with sour cream, condensed milk, and berries.
