Cauliflower Patties with Cheese and Dill
Servings - 4
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 kg
Dill - 1 bunch
Cheese - 200 g
Eggs - 2–3 pieces
Breadcrumbs - 70 g
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Flour - 130 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
1. Break the cauliflower into florets, boil, and drain in a colander to remove excess water.
2. When the cauliflower cools, pass it through a meat grinder. Make sure no liquid remains.
3. In the cauliflower mixture, add chopped herbs, grated cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix the filling thoroughly and form patties.
5. Coat the patties in flour and fry until golden brown on both sides.
