Meanwhile, you might prefer a "healthy" breakfast with avocado, salmon, and chia, which can actually reach 700-800 kcal.

Another reason some people can eat everything and not gain weight is a high percentage of muscle mass and physical activity. If your friend walks a lot, does housework, walks the dog, or trains at the gym, she burns more calories.

Moreover, a good figure can be found in people with excellent genetics, tall stature, and good health. Age is also an important factor to consider. Nevertheless, as Komissarova emphasizes, while a predisposition to fullness can be inherited, it is not a determining factor.

Finally, people who can eat everything and not gain weight usually have healthy eating behaviors. To maintain a normal weight, it is important not only what you eat but also in what quantities. If a person eats when they want, does not force themselves to consume "healthy food," and does not constantly think about food and portions, they may eat more one day and less the next. This is how balance is achieved.
