Nests with minced meat in a frying pan are an original and delicious dinner that can be prepared in just half an hour.
Today we offer you a recipe for stuffed pasta nests with minced meat. For this dish, you can use pasta in the shape of nests, which are easy to find in any store. You can use minced meat from any type of meat as a filling, and also combine two types. The nests with filling are stewed in a deep frying pan under tomato sauce, which gives them a rich flavor and bright color. Preparing this dish will not take much time and effort. Additionally, the nests can be baked in the oven, topped with cheese or another sauce of your choice.
Ingredients:
Minced meat - 300 g
Tomato juice - 200 ml
Pasta in the shape of nests (depending on the size of the frying pan) - 8-10 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Dill - 1 bunch
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Sugar - 1 pinch
Ground pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. First, prepare the minced meat from your chosen meat and prepare the other ingredients.
2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, previously crushed under a press, to the minced meat.
3. Mix all the components thoroughly, adding salt and ground pepper. You can use any spices to taste if desired.
4. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of a large frying pan and arrange the pasta nests in a circle. Make sure they are not too close to each other, as they will increase in size during cooking.
5. Form small meatballs of the same size from the minced meat and place them inside the nests, pressing slightly to bring the filling closer to the heat source.
6. Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing the tomato paste with a glass of water and adding salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure the paste is completely dissolved.
7. Pour the tomato sauce over the nests with meat filling. Add a little hot water so that it almost completely covers the nests.
8. After boiling, reduce the heat. Cook the dish covered on low heat for 30-35 minutes until the pasta and meat filling are fully cooked. During cooking, you can pour the tomato sauce over the nests. Most of the liquid should be absorbed by the pasta, which will increase in size.
9. Serve the finished nests on individual plates or transfer them to a common dish for serving, garnished with herbs.
