Spring has already arrived, and it's time to enjoy wild garlic.
Spring is the perfect time to create dishes from fresh seasonal ingredients. Young wild garlic leaves give a unique and savory flavor to the usual salad of boiled eggs and feta.
Wild garlic is a herbaceous plant from the onion family, widely used in both cooking and folk medicine. This plant is also known as “wild garlic” or “bear garlic” due to its delicate garlic aroma. The recipe for the salad with wild garlic was published on the Shuba.Life website.
The spring salad with wild garlic can serve as a standalone dish or as a side dish to meat or fish dishes.
